March truly felt like it passed me by in a blink of an eye, between spring break with my family, Paisley getting her new glasses, kids getting the stomach bug, and launching new business ventures, 31 days felt like 10-ha!

I also launched my new meal plan subscription Easy Eats with Nicki! My goal is to make healthy options available for everyone, whether you follow the FASTer Way with me or just want to bring healthy meals to the table for your family!
