What is the FASTer Way?

In 2018 I was stuck. I had two babies back to back, and I was feeling defeated when it came to my body, body image and overall health. I was exhausted, I was yo-yo dieting, and I was over it. I kept trying to KETO my way through weight loss, and while that had worked in the past, it just wasn’t working anymore. I couldn’t sustain the low carb life, and would binge on the weekends and start over again EVERY SINGLE MONDAY.


I had been watching a friend online who had found success with The FASTer Way and I thought maybe I should try it. I was tired of trying and failing over and over again, so I wasn’t quick to jump right in. When I finally made the choice to give it a try, my life was forever changed.
