Let’s start with CHICKEN. There are endless options when you have cooked chicken in the fridge. I like to grill or shred it. A really easy option is to throw it in the crockpot with some salsa or chicken broth and let it cook all day. It is simple to shred once it’s cooked and you can make so many different things with it.  You can make salads for low carb days, and bowls, tacos, burritos, chicken salad with crackers for regular macro day.

This Shredded Chicken recipe is simple and because it is plain, you can use the chicken any way you’d like!

Here is another recipe that you can use to make Mexican Shredded Chicken. You can use this in tacos, burrito bowls, salads and so much more.

Don’t overcomplicate things when you are thinking of time saving hacks.

If you haven’t cooked ground beef in a skillet before, this recipe is for you!
